What data we collect

The public pages of this website have no sign-up or form that stores data on our servers. When you choose to contact us via WhatsApp or e-mail, the information you decide to send reaches us directly through those channels and is used only to reply to you.

The Member portal is a restricted area for Coopernovarum members. It stores only what is needed for access (name, CPF and an encrypted password) and a record of access for security.

Third-party services

• WhatsApp and e-mail: when you click these buttons, you start using the chosen service, which follows its own provider's privacy policy.
• YouTube: the video on the home page only loads when you click to watch, in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.
• Google Fonts: the website's fonts are loaded from Google's servers.
• Hosting: like any website, the server logs technical access data (IP address, date and time) for security and operation.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The Member portal uses only the session cookie needed to keep you logged in.
